White ninja, Leopard princess

Big Mac got himself dressed as a white ninja today. Kins made a headband to match her dress and says she’s a Leopard princess. Notice the paw prints on her crown.

Never fear fair princess, the white ninja shall save you from the dragon.

Sibling love

The kids’ ages are fun right now. Baby z plays with the big kids and wants to be involved with everything.  She adores them and also gets annoyed by them and is loud about it when she wants to be left alone, yelling,  “Owww!” dramatically or more recently just, “No no no no!” They’re both dote on her. They think she is hilarious and they often want to help her, usually when she doesn’t want help. Big Mac loves to play night night with her, where they lay with pillows and he tucks them in.

Shoes

Baby Z loves shoes.this picture was taken after she brought tim his shoes. Then, when he still didn’t get the hint, she handed the first one to him, and began making encouraging, yet impatient sounds at him. After he put it on she repeated the process with the other shoe. When he was wearing shoes like she thought was proper, she crawled up in his lap, content to rest.

Here she is playing with her boots. She is particular about her footwear. Often changing shoes several times a day, and she can put on some of her shoes by herself.

Baby Z is 17 months old

She get irritated with Big Mac, but she seems to enjoy him at the same time, the definition of sibling love I guess.

She had so much fun on her first merry go round ride. She sobbed when it was over.

She loves trips to the park, and she does great in the stroller for me to run before hand. She will often even start getting into the stroller, ready for a ride. I think of my 3 kids, she likes stroller rides the best. It’s so great for me to be able to run and feel like she genuinely is having a good time too.

She had a tear from the bright day.

She loves selfie mode on my phone and will regularly take a few selfies while she’s admiring herself.

She thinks sitting in chairs is so cool and adult like.

Walking around and exploring outside is probably her favorite past time.

Muddy puddles are an attracting possibility.

She enjoyed our easter egg hunt too.

She is very silly and likes to goof around and laugh. She loves wearing shoes, usually she wants to wear shoes even around the house. She is still clingy with her mama and daddy, but she does go easily to grandma these days and sometimes papa. She’s a little more snooty with papa, we’re working on it. She no longer screams with terror if a stranger touches her, but she would never go to a stranger. It’s good progress.

Haps

At the zoo, we always have to hit the merry go round.

And below, a drawing Kins did for her monthly book report.

Kins art.

It snowed a few weeks ago enough for a big snowman. It melted the next day. The kids were excited for a last hurrah in the snow.
